During pregency its is mandate to eat healthy food, because your growing baby is absorbing everything you are eating, you’ll have to make some dietary modifications. Although you should discuss your diet with your doctor, but you have to educate yourself about basics diet during pregency.Balance diet is key of healthy pergency.
For a healthy baby you may take 55,000 extra calories, baby need some extra calories during development period.During peregncy helath food is important for baby as well as mother, you find tips from every where for eating food contain extra calcium, protein, iron etc,
but in fact with healthy diet, proper sleeping, routine exercise is also play a vital rule in the growth of the baby.

- Follow proper Diet
- Never skip breakfast, use ready-to-eat or cooked breakfast cereals with fruit, You can also use low fat conataing yogurt.
- Choose a variety of green vegetables like "Spanich","carrots" and green leafy vegetables etc.
- Eat plenty of beans and grains,brown rice and oatmeal,peanuts, broccoli, asparagus, peas, lentils, and enriched grain products.
- Whole grain crackers and fat-free or low-fat cheese.

3. Get iron-rich foods
Iron is most important mineral that Should be consumed regularly as your body cannot produce it on its own. Iron play vital role in baby growth,so make a routine to use iron-rich like use "Spinach" on alternate days to increase iron in your body, which is helpful for mother as well as baby.Serving cooked Broccoli which contain iron, Broccoli is a member of the cruciferous family, which also includes cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, kale and cabbage they all are source of iron.
4. Take care of few things during pregency
As we know, milk contain the calcium which helps build bones in the baby and prevent bone loss in the mother. Calcium also helps prevent pregnancy-induced ,high blood pressure and also important for normal functioning of nerves and muscles system. Milk also contain fat in more precents to avoid acess of fat low-fat or nonfat milk, use 2 or 3 glass of nonfat milk may fullfill of iron requirement in baby as well as mother.
As per nutrition the fish is essential for brain and vision development in the baby, but all fish curry the mercury that can cause serious nervous system damage, must studies prove that more fish you eat will cause increase mercury rate , so avoid to use of acesses of sea foods.
- Avoid soft cheeses and lunch meat
Some foods may have harmful bacteria that can hurt your child, eg: Soft cheeses like feta, Brie, and goat cheese and Uncooked or undercooked meats or spicy things. Lunch meat must be well cooked before eat, also use water in rich quantity in between.
